RXF: 19 Years of Transforming the Events Industry with Integrated Solutions

Over nearly two decades, RXF has established itself as one of the most versatile players in Portugal’s events industry, building its success on diversification, innovation, and the ability to deliver integrated solutions. Founded in 2007, the company has never allowed itself to be confined by traditional labels, refusing to position itself solely as an IT or audiovisual provider. From the outset, RXF has defined itself above all as a solutions-driven company.

“The main milestone in our business growth has undoubtedly been diversification,” emphasizes Pedro Ramos, Founder and CEO of the company. This strategy has enabled RXF to expand far beyond basic technical services, evolving into a comprehensive offering that combines information technology, audiovisual services, which remain the company’s primary business driver, and content production.

Throughout its 19-year history, RXF has launched brands and projects that have strengthened its presence across different market segments. NEEW – New Edge Events & Weddings was created to serve the private events market, while the production company Até Quem Enfim gained recognition with the series Falta Chá, acquired by SIC in 2019. During the pandemic, the company developed Estúdio 1, providing an agile response to the new demands of the digital market, and launched the Ulearn360 platform. More recently, RXF entered the entertainment simulator sector with BestLaps, further demonstrating its adaptability and strategic vision.

Today, RXF’s organizational structure is divided into three core business areas, supported by project management and operational support teams. The Audiovisual (AV) division is responsible for the technical management and production of events, including sound, lighting, video, translation services, and staging structures. The Multimedia (CM) division focuses on content creation, covering photography, video, production, post-production, 3D, and virtual reality, and includes brands such as Neew and Estúdio 1. Meanwhile, the Information Technology (IT) division specializes in developing digital solutions such as interactive voting systems, platforms, applications, and web integrations, and is also the birthplace of both BestLaps and Ulearn360.

RXF’s corporate culture is built upon a set of values that guide both team management and client relationships. Innovation and creativity, technical excellence, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to training are fundamental pillars of its DNA. These principles are reflected in highly customized technical and creative solutions, supported by a consultative approach that goes beyond simply providing technology.

RXF’s strong reputation in the market has been built on several key factors: technical expertise accumulated since 2007, the ability to integrate multiple disciplines into a complete service offering, creativity in event production, and the agility to respond to new challenges, as demonstrated during the pandemic. Continuous investment in technology and human talent further reinforces this position.

Internally, training and professional development occupy a central role. The company follows a comprehensive skills development policy integrated into its quality strategy and is currently in the final stages of obtaining ISO 9001 certification. Ongoing technical training, the development of soft skills, and a structured onboarding process for new employees ensure high performance standards and support RXF’s continued growth in an increasingly demanding and competitive industry.
