RXF, an event production company, marks 18 years of activity with the new claim “Dreaming Big,” launched on Children’s Day.

More than a slogan, “Dreaming Big” expresses RXF’s commitment “to creativity, innovation, and the ability to imagine and bring ideas to life without limits”—values shared with children, the company explains in a statement.

Celebrating 18 years of existence, a milestone it marked with a special video on social media, RXF looks to the future with the same ambition and enthusiasm with which it began.

“2025 is the year in which we want to transform our work culture—more collaborative, more agile, and even more people-centred. That is the future we believe in. To that end, we have announced the creation of our first Executive Committee, with the aim of driving our growth in a sustainable way and preparing for the future with ambition and strategy,” says Pedro Miguel Ramos, founder and CEO of RXF, in statements to Event Point.

He adds that “another of our major dreams for this year is to take firm steps toward consolidating our international presence.” “We want to be recognised not only for what we do, but for the lasting impact we leave behind. It is an immense challenge—but also the next chapter in a story built with purpose, passion, and vision,” he notes.

“Lastly, and no less importantly,” concludes Pedro Miguel Ramos, “we are working to grow with quality—we want to further strengthen our team with people who share our vision and our values. Because only together can we go further.”
